Terms and Conditions
Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd is registered in England and Wales at PO box 3269, Stoke on Trent ST4 9HW   Company Registration No. 06967151 VAT Reg 981 0414 33

Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before we will dispatch your order. Payment must be made in British Pounds. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Delivery Terms
Charges for delivery for orders to all UK mainland locations, excluding Scottish Highlands, are shown on our Website.  For all other locations, or if in doubt, please e-mail or call us for a delivery cost quote before ordering.

Delivery Timescales
Currently most UK deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days, a few taking a few days more. If a product goes out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or you may request that the product goes on back order. Most back order items are delivered within 30 days.

Returns & Cancellations
Please always contact us before making any return in order to receive the correct return details.  You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it is unsatisfactory for any reason you may return it. All we ask is that you inform us by e-mail or post within 7 days of receipt of the product and return it within 14 days of receipt. The product should be immediately stored safely and must be returned in a completely unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for your refund. We recommend using an insured delivery service. Please note that carriage charges made for remote locations or special deliveries are not refundable.

Goods Damaged In Transit
You must examine the package on arrival before signing for it. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged, do not sign for it. The courier will automatically return the consignment to us and we will arrange a replacement. You should also inform anyone accepting the delivery on your behalf of this requirement. Damage that occurs after a product is received by a customer is not covered.

Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty please contact us at once and within 7 days of receipt at most and we will arrange a refund or replacement as agreed. The product must remain in unused condition. Due to differences in colour reproduction on different computer screens, and to personal interpretations of colour terms, we cannot accept colours varying from expectations as a fault.

Return carriage (weekday pickup) will be reimbursed if the product is faulty. You must ensure that someone is available to meet the courier, as we only pay for one pick-up attempt.

Complaints Procedure
We try to resolve all issues through discussion. However, if you feel you have a complaint that cannot be resolved over the phone, please put it in writing and send it to The Directors at our postal address. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
